123 inch wheelbase and 206 inches long. 10 inches more wheelbase and 9 inches longer than the LX
People forget how long a sedan has to be in order to be roomy.

The other thing that makes a huge difference is how easy it is to see all the corners on the LX compared to the LS.

Also a large powertrain + RWD eating up a bit of room on many flagship cars.

I think the ES at half the cost is the one to get. This does look great.

I can agree with that, the ES is now quite a value, it keeps improving its feature set with minimal price increases. It is probably the most tempting passenger car in the Lexus lineup - GS and IS are getting long in the tooth and some can argue are now far overshadowed by the Germans , and the LS is kind of in an odd spot not trying to compete with the big luxobarges.
